The "Territorial Elections Colombia 2023" application is the official and free tool provided by the National Civil Registry of Colombia for citizens to check the pre-count results (unofficial preliminary results with no legal binding) of the territorial elections scheduled for October 29, 2023.

This tool enables users to access the electoral results obtained by the candidates and candidate lists participating in the 2023 territorial elections, allowing them to filter the search results by geographical area (department/municipality).
